About the sleep timer
A countdown for falling asleep: set 15 to 90 minutes and let it run while you listen to music, a podcast or a sleep story. Most people fall asleep within 10–20 minutes, so 30 minutes is a safe default.
This page cannot switch off other apps. Use it alongside your phone's built-in sleep timer (in the Clock app on iPhone: Timer → When Timer Ends → Stop Playing) or mute the alarm for a silent visual countdown.
