About the meditation timer
Sit, press start and let the timer hold the time for you. There is no ticking, just a calm ring that fills as the session passes and a soft singing-bowl style bell at the end that rings three times and stops on its own.
Start with 5 or 10 minutes a day. Consistency matters more than length, and most people find it easier to add a few minutes each week than to sit for 30 minutes on day one.

Frequently asked questions
How long should I meditate as a beginner?
Five to ten minutes a day is a good start. Increase by a few minutes when that feels easy.
Will my screen turn off during meditation?
While the timer runs it asks your browser to keep the screen awake (supported in Chrome, Edge, Safari and most mobile browsers). The bell will still ring if the screen does dim, as long as the tab stays open.
Can I meditate with no sound at the end?
Tap Sound off for a silent session. The display turns pink at the end instead.
What presets does the meditation timer have?
Quick Calm (5 minutes), Daily Practice (10 minutes), Standard (15 minutes), Deep (20 minutes), Extended (30 minutes). Tap Edit time to set any other length.
Is it free, and do I need an app?
It is completely free with no sign-up or download. It works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.
