About the standup timer
A standup timer that gives every person the same slot. Set the team size and time per speaker, press start and the timer moves from Speaker 1 to Speaker 2 automatically with a chime. Press Next when someone finishes early.
Keep standups to 15 minutes or less. Each person covers what they did, what they will do and anything blocking them — longer discussions go to a follow-up after the standup.
